HWK-1000 light freighter

The HWK-1000 light freighter was a transport manufactured by the Corellian Engineering Corporation during the Imperial Era. It boasted improved speed and performance over its predecessor, the HWK-290. Even though the Galactic Empire officially objected to the improved design, several hundred prototypes were manufactured at the Halyard 2 factory. These prototypes were sold through various underground channels in the Outer Rim with many being purchased by smugglers and collectors.^[1]
