Ground weapons were stationary weapons that provided heavy hitting power for ground-based troops. They were often used in defensive situations. Examples included the V-150 Planet Defender, the DF.9 anti-infantry battery, the LR1K sonic cannon, the Self-Propelled Heavy Artillery Turbolaser, the 1.4 FD P-Tower, and the E-Web heavy repeating blaster cannon.[1]
