Grefnas were avian beasts native to the planet Onderon. Their prominent cranial spine nerves allowed flock members to visually track others through the undergrowth due to ultraviolet striations on the planet's surface, and served to fend off predators.[1] The "Fiery" grefna was a breed of grefna that could be won by attendees of the Star Cluster Casino and Club Vertica Casino.[2][3]

Grefnas appear in the seventh expansion to the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, 2019's Onslaught. Grefnas can be bought as player mounts.
