Great Wheel

The Great Wheel, or level four, was a level of the city New Xaxxis on the planet Metagos. It was circular in shape, with concentric rings and spokes that radiated from the center. The outer areas of the Great Wheel were middle-class, but the central district, known as the Children's Maze, was impoverished.^[1]
