Grav Talis[2] was an individual who served as a colonel in the First Order[1] in 34 ABY.[3] After Lieutenant Harman Croy was informed by the pirate Crimson Jack that he had captured the spy responsible for a Resistance transmission to the Halcyon starcruiser, he decided that he would investigate the Halcyon personally and then report back to Talis.[1]
