Graphene was a construction material utilized for weapons development, including some blasters. Imperial Grand Admiral Rae Sloane encountered a man wielding a blaster made of graphene while on a cargo ship in the void of space looking to hunt down Gallius Rax. The offending man was bitter against the Empire that he had felt betrayed him and pulled the blaster on her from behind.[1]
