A blood cult operated on the planet Gorse. Whenever the moon Cynda was full, cloaked, growling cultists would walk the streets of Gorse City and sacrifice any animals they found, often runaway house pets. The cult was tolerated by the Galactic Empire, which shut down Gorse City's animal control department to reap the savings of having the cult deal with stray animals.[1]
During the Gorse Conflict, Kanan Jarrus, Hera Syndulla, Zaluna Myder and Skelly disguised themselves as cult members using cloaks Jarrus had won in a sabacc game to walk through Gorse City unnoticed.[1]
