Gordian Reach fusion was a type of fusion cuisine[1] that shared its name with the Gordian Reach, a sector of the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories.[2] By the time of the early reign of the Galactic Empire, a bistro on the planet Coruscant specialized in the style of cuisine.[1] Around 19 BBY,[3] Senator Mon Mothma flew sixty levels to meet Lud Marroi, a fellow senator, at the bistro. While dining there, she reflected on the establishment's specialization.[1]

Gordian Reach fusion was mentioned in the 2025 novel Reign of the Empire: The Mask of Fear, written by Alexander Freed as the first installment of the Star Wars: Reign of the Empire trilogy.[1]
