Glowcrystals were illumination devices used on the planet Coruscant. They were engraved with magnifying facets and mounted atop a pole. Lines of poles were used to line streets, providing illumination.[1] IC-M General Utility Droids were tasked with replacing burnt-out glowcrystals.[2]
