Gherlian fur was a textile that was produced on the planet Hynestia. Rather than coming from an animal, it came from a sort of lichen that Hynestians grew in domes built across the frozen landscape of their homeworld.^[1] Xylan Graf had a rug made of Gherlian fur in his personal quarters located in a tower on Coruscant.^[2]

Jand attempted to get Sana Starros to assist him with a heist to steal some Gherlian fur.^[3]
