Gerbaud 2 was a planet located in the Sepan system,[3] a part of the Sepan sector[1] in the Slice portion of the Expansion Region.[2]

It was over Gerbaud 2 that numerous prototype TIE Avengers were to be transferred from the escort carrier Tropsobor to the Victory-class Star Destroyer Protector; though a front from both the Dimoks and the Ripoblus thwarted the exchange.[4]
Behind the scenes
Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, indicated in April 2023 that Gaerboud IV originally was a misspelling of Gerbaud 2.[5]
