Geonosis Troopers were clone troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic that were stationed on Geonosis. The troopers consisted of standard clones with Phase II clone trooper armor and clone paratroopers, both with desert camouflage armor. The troopers utilized a type of bipedal walker. A group of Geonosis Troopers fought in the Battle of Geonosis.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Geonosis Troopers were introduced in the "Geonosis Troopers" LEGO Star Wars set that was released in 2015. The LEGO set's packaging depicts four Geonosis Troopers alongside a walker participating in a battle against two B1-series battle droids.[1]
