Garrus Tharydine

Garrus Tharydine was a male Human admiral who oversaw the occupation of the planet Mon Calamari. It was Tharydine who carried out the Emperor's orders to destroy three cities floating on the planet's surface when local resistance was formed on the planet. Instead of destroying the Mon Calamari Resistance, it gave Dac's population a reason for open revolt and eventually resulted in the liberation of the planet from the oppression of the Galactic Empire.
