Garris was an individual who lived around the time of the civil war on Coruscant following the Battle of Endor. After Grand Admiral Rae Sloane traveled to Coruscant to speak with Grand Vizier about Fleet Admiral Gallius Rax, she came across a group of insurgents, one of which suggested they take her to Garris as they would know what to do with Sloane.[1]
