The Gantho system was in Inner Rim and part of the New Republic. It included the planet Gantho. Loronar Corporation illegally stripped the resources of the system's planets.
In 13 ABY, the New Republic launched a full-scale investigation into allegations that Loronar Corporation had committed abuses in the system.[3]
