A ganther dance was a type of music. Nabicci Futana composed ganther dances, many of which the Imperial Symphony Orchestra was scheduled to perform during its Mid Rim tour beginning in 0 ABY.
In 8 ABY, members of the crew of the New Republic CR90 corvette FarStar watched a ganther dance at a cultural center on the planet Gandle Ott in the Kathol sector.[1]
