Galaxy's Choice was a company that produced fruits and vegetables during the High Republic Era.[1] In 200 BBY,[2] the Jedi Padawan Sean inspected the estate of President Jamie Brasson on the planet Begamor. While visiting the kitchen of the Latero head chef Marino Pomana, Sean noticed that about half of Pomana's products, including all the Galaxy's Choice and Flying Shuttle–branded foodstuffs and Rouge Beauty Company–branded beauty products, were counterfeits made by the local business Opera Trade.[1]
