The Galactic Republic General Ministry was the permanent bureaucracy of the Galactic Republic. It had several responsibilities including supervising and providing financing for the General Ministry Institutes, managing the General Ministry Communications Agency, and, during the Clone Wars, directing the Victory Rationing Orders and Regulation Plan.
