A fusion spanner was a type of spanner. While aboard the supertanker fuel depot Colossus[1] in 34 ABY,[2] the racer[3] Torra Doza carried one of the spanners with[1] her[3] in a toolbox. As the Resistance operative Kazuda Xiono attempted to fix the Colossus's artificial gravity systems, he requested a fusion spanner from Doza, mistaking her for their former colleague Tamara Ryvora.[1]

A fusion spanner was mentioned in "Into the Unknown,"[1] the first episode of the second season of the animated television series Star Wars Resistance, which aired on October 6, 2019.[4]
