Frel was a Human citizen of the Eternal Empire of Zakuul. During the Eternal Empire conquest Frel served in the Eternal Empire military under the command of Captain Koth Vortena and was eventually killed by an infection on Quesh.[1]

SCORPIO's lines reading the exact encryption key used by Koth Vortena on the Gravestone were cut from the Knights of the Eternal Throne "Chapter III: Dark Reunions" but remain within the game files.
