Fotia's Fire was a projectile weapon mounted on the warships used by the Tof Kingdom, the monarchy of the Tof species. The projectile splashed superheated glowing slime and burned a starship's hull on impact. The Tof Royal Fortune-class light clipper capital ship possessed[1] a Fotia's Fire launcher.[2]
Behind the scenes
Fotia's Fire was introduced in the 2010 sourcebook The Unknown Regions, published by Wizards of the Coast for use with the Star Wars Roleplaying Game. The Tof weapon[1] was based on the Greek Fire, an antiquated real-world weapon used in naval warfare.[2]
