Npa templates

Hiya. We have these three user talk page warning template messages, intended for escalating levels of personal attacks, per Wookieepedia:No personal attacks (WP:NPA). It's been brought up in the Forum:SH:User conduct policy discussion that these templates are unused in recent times and are not fit for purpose, since personal attacks are serious matters that require definitive warnings by administrators that are suited to each situation, rather than template responses that could be used by any user. I therefore propose deleting these messages.

Alternatively, the three templates could be merged into a more cohesive message:

All users must abide by the no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community. An administrator may block you from contributing to Wookieepedia if you continue making personal attacks. Please stay cool and keep this in mind, thank you.
