Ecliptic (Mandalorian Wars) (talk - history - links - logs)
I'm not sure this even needs a VFD, but according to John Jackson Miller the reference to the ecliptic was in the astronomical sense, not a ship (the fact that it's italicized is an error). To quote the specific part:
Before it winds up wrong on someone’s website, the word "ecliptic" does not refer to a spaceship by that name, Rand or otherwise. They’re referring to the plane of the ecliptic, which is defined by Serroco’s star and the orbit of the planet around it.
