Howdy! I'm wondering if Wookiepedia would be interested in a partnership with TFWiki. We're a Transformers Wiki, and the area of crossover between our projects is small (limited to a some Transformers/Star Wars toys produced for "Corssovers" and a handful of Attacktix that were co-branded,) but the fandom crossover (at least on our side) is significant.
One of TFWiki's ongoing pet projects regarding Star Wars characters is purposely limiting ourselves to information that's been included with Transformers crossover material. The results are often a bit absurd, such as Dark Vader being the size of Optimus Prime (since that's how he's been portrayed.) We compliment this treatment by linking to Wookiepedia for a more complete overview of the characters.
While TFWiki would arguably derive more direct benefit from any partnering between (our articles on StarWars characters benefit more from linking to Wookiepedia than Wookiepedia would from linking to us) but there are at least a few instances where SW's cumbersome overlap with Transformers is of consequence enough that having a partner site to link to would be useful on your side as well
TFWiki is the largest Transformers Wiki online, about 15% larger than Wikia's own Transformers wiki, and growing at ~5 times the rate of our nearest competitor. Pablo Hidalgo from Starwars.com said of TFWiki, "It's got the perfect mix of retentive detail and irreverence."
TFWiki furthers incentivises to disable rel=nofollow for our Wookieepedia links, soas to boost your search engine results so far as we are able. We have great respect for the work Wookieepedia has done, and hope you will be interested in a formal relationship for mutual benefit.

- I like your wiki a lot. I actually browse the articles every so often, despite not really being a fan of Transformers. We currently have an Wookieepedia:Official Friends of Wookieepedia feature, where a friendly relationship is denoted by reciprocal link exchanges. All of the current featured friends, however, are either Star Wars writers and artists active in the fan community or Star Wars focused websites and fan groups: there's no specific written rule against it, but a few wikis have been nominated and rejected on the official friends page mainly for that reason.
