My apologies for the blunder on Forum:CT:Reevaluating voting eligibility#Part Three: Additional provisions. Jedi Sarith LeKit has raised with me that changing the 200 posts within 6 months requirement to 12 months seems to depend on the previous subvote on changing the edit count timeframe from 6 months requirement to 12 months. This was not intended to be the case.

I have now scrapped this part of the proposal from the vote due to the potential misleading context and the discreptancy that would result if the edit count timeframe proposal does not pass consensus, which seems likely. Per consensus rules, that CT thread will probably be archived tomorrow, on the 27th, at around 20:30 UTC. This thread is for discussing whether we wish to extend the voting eligibility requirement of having at least 200 posts on Wookieepedia:Discussions from a count of the past 6 months to the past 12 months. • I think to be consistent, if we keep the 6 month timeframe for edits, it makes sense to do so for discussions posts. Rsand 30 (talk) 13:15, 26 May 2024 (UTC)
    • Exactly this. As a mod I don't want the forum to require any special treatment one way or another when uniformity is beneficial to all. Jedi Sarith LeKit (talk) 20:53, 26 May 2024 (UTC)
