I have been working to source the Carth Onasi article, but the source of several so-called facts in the BtS elude me. If anyone knows where they came from, I would appreciate it. These are the tidbits:
- While a name for Carth's deceased wife is not in the game files, David Gaider, BioWare's writer for the character, gave her name as "Morgana."
- Carth originally had alternate lines for his devastation in finding out who Revan is if the player is female and has romanced Carth up to that point.
- If the player has both romanced Carth and turned to the dark side, then the player will have the option of killing Carth herself or have Bastila finish it. In a cut-scene that didn't make it to the final game, Revan had a third option to kill Bastila and die aboard the Star Forge with Carth. It was not placed in the final version because the developers did not have enough time for finishing the game.
Thank you for your time. -Solus (Bird of Prey) 18:37, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
- Okay. First one is a bit more complicated then the other two since Bioware deletes old posts so bear with me. GreenTwilek, a moderator at Bioware forums, does confirm that David Gaider did give his wife a name. Sort of. It's nothing official but seeing as David Gaider did write the Carth, we can say it's pretty much canon. The last two are just found by browsing through the dlg files. --Redemption
