I know alot about the Golden Age of the Sith and legacy era's but I am in dire need of information on post Rise of the Empire up until the first death star construction was completed. What i really need is information on the galactic climate politically and any major events, a time line or link of this time period would be much apreciated as well. The best I can do is suggest the book Star Wars Dark lord the rise of Darth Vader. It covers a couple months into the rise of the empire. You can also keep an eye on some of the mini stories that go on in that era. Like video games? Keep an eye out for Star Wars The Force Unleashed. You play as Vader's secret apprentice and you're tasked with taking out the last of the jedi. Otherwise, I would just look through the timelines on this sight. Sorry, but thats all I've got.
