The result of the debate was No consensus, insufficient voter participation.
Currently, it is found that announcements may be discussed on said announcement. Should we create an option to make it where announcements must be discussed on a different post?—Unsigned comment by Isthisusernamesus? (talk • contribs)

- I suppose you mean announcements by posts in the "Announcements" category in our Discussions forum. Are you meaning that you want a new post to discuss Wookieepedia policy changes? OOM 224 (he/him) 21:56, 21 August 2023 (UTC)

- They'd get deleted for violating the purpose of rules 2 and 4 of the Discussions Guidelines. Why make separate posts when you can just discuss on that one post, which would likely already have some users following and thus would be able to see any new comments?
