After talking with jSarek on IRC and viewing a few archived Senate Hall articles, I decided to bring the issue of new infoboxes to CT.

Basically, I propose to add a subsection, Wookieepedia:Templates/Template Proposal. Now, I know that in [article], Riffsyphon1024 said that you can just make them on the main template page (under the correct subsection); however, I feel we need some consensus in the new ones, instead of just tossing them in there and waiting for them to be seen and quite possibly deleted.
