An admin named Darth Culator seems to have range blocked virtually every IP address owned by AOL.

Do you people have any idea how many poor college students use the cheap $10 netscape internet service? Answer: lots.

Someone should have thought before putting that block in place. Any vandal with a brain can get around the block with a proxy. Only innocent anons will be punished by this nonsense.
