The Fortress of the Mourner's Wail,[1] also known as the Sanctuary of the Mourner's Wail Syndicate,[2] was a fortress located on the planet[3] Dotharian. It was the headquarters of the criminal organization known as the Mourner's Wail Syndicate, and its leader, the crime lord Khamdek.[1]
