The Force Assassins were a band of Force-sensitive assassins that operated in the Dantooine system during the Galactic Civil War. After the Battle of Yavin, they were locked in a war with the Warren Assault Squad,[1] an Imperial splinter faction led by traitorous Imperial Colonel Bors Teraud.[3] Nobody but the Force Assassins themselves and their enemy was aware of why they originally began to fight; and why they still continued to war against each other. Strangely, the Empire turned a blind eye to the conflict. The war between the Force Assassins and the Warren Assault Squad focused on area of the Dantooine system known as the Ebon Essentia.[1] In space, the Force Assassins flew M3-A Scyk fighters and M12-L Kimogila heavy fighters.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Force Assassins appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[2] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[4] The Force Assassins were added to the game with the release of the expansion pack Jump to Lightspeed on October 27, 2004.[2]
