Force-sensitive training mandate

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The reconstituted Sith Empire had enacted a law, mandating that a Force-sensitive Imperial citizen must be inducted into the Sith.^[1] Kory, a Human female born into a low social class, was inducted into the Sith^[2] per this law.^[1]
