Foodboards,[1] also spelled "food-boards," were used in Dexter Jettster's restaurant on the planet Coruscant, Dex's Diner, before[2] the establishment was destroyed in 19 BBY.[3] Sliders were served on top of grilled, trans-shipped, medium-density food-boards.[2]
Kal Skirata served sliced foodboard to the young Null ARC troopers in his quarters on Kamino. In his opinion, it looked "less appetizing than the tray" it was on.[4]

Foodboards first appeared in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones: The Visual Dictionary. They were later identified in the Databank on StarWars.com.
