During the Clone Wars, Fong Do was close friends with the bounty hunter Castas, who,[3] in 21 BBY,[4] contacted him from the planet Florrum following a disagreement on a job with the hunter Aurra Sing. Do reminded Castas of his warning regarding working with Sing, but Castas dismissed this and quickly revealed he had valuable information. However, before he was able to reveal it, he was shot and killed by Sing.[3]

Later, Do recounted the event to a Weequay pirate who was a member of Hondo Ohnaka's gang in the Moshi Bar on the planet Coruscant. Realizing he had been overheard by the Jedi Ahsoka Tano, Do drew two knives and faced Tano, but was stopped when the Jedi Master Plo Koon intervened by igniting his lightsaber. Tano reached into her tunic and pulled out a handful of credits, which she threw into the crowd, distracting the patrons and allowing her and the Jedi Master to leave the bar.[3]

Jabba's Palace

Do was later present at Jabba's Palace when Supreme Chairman Notluwiski Papanoida and his son Ion were tracking down the bounty hunter Greedo, who was involved in the kidnapping of Papanoida's daughters.[5]

Personality and traits

Fong Do was a Nautolan[2] male[3] who stood at 1.88 meters (6 feet, 2 inches) tall.[1] Do had black eyes and green skin.[3] He was one of the many small-time crooks trying to scrape by in a tough galaxy by not worrying about remaining on the right side of the law. Do was frequently found in the grubby cantinas of Coruscant's lower levels.[1]

Skills and abilities

As a small-time crook, Do became effective at both armed and unarmed combat, as well as negotiations and intimidation.[1]

Fong Do was armed with a pair of knives.[3]

Behind the scenes
