A Flag Captain was a senior officer rank in the Galactic Empire that was given to an individual who captained the flagship of an admiral. Albus Marinith served as Flag Captain of the Chimaera, the flagship of Grand Admiral Thrawn and his Seventh Fleet.[1] Firmus Piett served as the Flag Captain of the Executor, flagship of Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Vader and Admiral Kendal Ozzel.[2]
