Fixer Twelve was a Human male who worked for the reconstituted Sith Empire's Imperial Intelligence during the Cold War with the Galactic Republic. An agent of Operations Division, he was originally a field operative until his lungs received severe damage when a Jedi stabbed him with a lightsaber. He then became a Fixer assigned to the Imperial Citadel.[1]

After the dissolution of Imperial Intelligence, he was later present aboard the Tenebrous when Cipher Nine was brought aboard from Corellia to meet with the Minister of Intelligence and overhauled Cipher Nine's X-70B Phantom-class prototype in order for it to be undetected on its approach to the Star Chamber.[2]
