The First Order electroprod stormtrooper, also kown as the prisoner control stormtrooper,[3] electroprod stormtrooper or electroprod trooper, was a variant of the First Order stormtrooper that was active during the war against the Resistance. They were outfitted with electroprods and First Order stormtrooper armor[1] and were trained to react to social unrest.[3] At least one was deployed to Pasaana and helped capture the Resistance member Chewbacca. Another one was present on Kijimi and hounded a mammal during a crackdown.[2]

The electroprod trooper appeared in the 2019 saga film Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker.[2]
