A Gossam was the senator of the Commerce Guild in the Imperial Senate during the reign of the Galactic Empire, the successor state of the Galactic Republic.[1]

The senator first appeared in both "The Clone Conspiracy"[1] and "Truth and Consequences,"[2] the seventh and eighth episodes of Star Wars: The Bad Batch television series' second season, which both aired on February 8, 2023.[3] The senator was credited as "Senator Gossam" in a caption of a since deleted asset released on Getty Images by Walt Disney Studios.[4]
