A class of freighter was widely used in the centuries following the Jedi Civil War that featured three engines, an elongated body, and a brownish hull. It was not uncommon during the time of the Cold War, and later the Galactic War, to see this class of freighter used in combat by third-parties around the galaxy.
History
During the Cold War, the Mantellian Separatist Movement was able to deploy at least two freighters against the Republic Navy above Ord Mantell.[2]
Czerka Corporation's mobile research laboratory Theoretika was of this class.[3]
During the Third Galactic War, the Mandalorians of the Hidden Chain used three ships of this class — the Champion's Glory, the Seeker's Vigil and the Fortune's Folly — to attack Mandalore the Avenger's Spirit of Vengeance II.[4]
Behind the scenes
This class of freighter was created for the BioWare video game Star Wars: The Old Republic released in 2011, but was never identified by a class-name in-game.[1]
