Development
The story "Ghosts of Hoth" was pitched by Rob Williams to Dark Horse Comics assistant editor Jeremy Barlow, as he was in charge of the Star Wars Tales issues. Williams did the story as an eight pager that impressed Barlow, leading him to request Williams to write more stories for the series and eventually the Star Wars: Rebellion series.[2]
