- "Set for stun and open fire!"
- ―The T-Stormtrooper
A humanoid individual served the TRIGGER Empire as a T-Stormtrooper after the fall of the First Order[1] in 35 ABY.[2] They were sent as part of a group of T-Stormtroopers to stop[1] the Dark Lord[3] Karre from escaping a Gemini-class Star Destroyer with a stolen kyber crystal. When encountering Karre, the stormtroopers told the Dark Lord to freeze and to return the crystal. When they were ignored, the T-Stormtrooper ordered the others to set their blasters to stun and to open fire on him. Karre froze the blasts using the Force and slammed the troopers into the wall, leaving them incapacitated and continuing his escape. The T-Stormtrooper wore a set of white armor and held a blaster identical to the other troopers.[1]
Behind the scenes
The T-Stormtrooper first appeared in "THE TWINS," a short film released as part of the first volume of the non-canon Star Wars: Visions series. The animated short, produced by Studio Trigger,[1] was released on September 22, 2021.[4] In the short, the T-Stormtroopers were voiced by Yu Wakabayashi, Hayato Kimura, and Keita Tada in the original Japanese, while Jonathan Lipow and Marc Thompson voiced them in English.[1] Prior to their appearance in the short, they first appeared in the trailer for Star Wars: Visions Volume 1 posted to the official Star Wars YouTube channel on August 18, 2021.[5]
