Rocket Turrets,[1] also known as Rocket Towers,[2] were weapon emplacements[1] utilized by a number of factions, including the Galactic Republic, the Confederacy of Independent Systems,[2] the Galactic Empire, and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. They were most effective against vehicles, and were highly customizable and easily upgradable.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Rocket Turret first appeared in the 2014 mobile game Star Wars: Commander as an emplacement that a player could build to defend their base.[1]
