mOKDAR 15 was a scientist from Simento-Threk and a director at the Regalia Sub-space station-12. He was known for inventing the Home Nostril Nap and advising individuals on inhaling techniques. mOKDAR was a member of the Society for the Refusal of Astrophysics and edited their publications on a monthly basis. He has also kept a large amount of video journals detailing his experiences at the space station and planned to broadcast them on a subspace transceiver whenever it was financially feasible to do so.[1]

He once took part in a seminar with other eminent figures such as Skreen, Kaat Thrick-Thrick, Aanxi Raanxi Laanxi and 26-424.[1]

Behind the scenes

mOKDAR 15 was featured in Monsters and Aliens from George Lucas, a book published in 1993.[1] Lucasfilm employee Leland Chee, who maintains the Holocron continuity database, has indicated that information contained in the book is non-canonical.[2]
