This individual was a male officer on the planet Wielu. Sometime in 20 BBY, the officer assisted in the arrest of the criminal T'mott Zoat after a lengthy pursuit by Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi that culminated in a skirmish at the hideout of the crime boss Traygura. The officer handed over Zoat, with his mouth and hands bound, to Kenobi in order to be transported to Helleguth.^[1]
