Larno Ruhuk was a Wookiee who served as a Jedi Knight of the Jedi Order during the Republic Era. Ruhuk had brown fur and blue eyes. They wore white and brown Jedi robes with a gray belt and dark armbands and wielded a green-bladed lightsaber.[1] Sometime between 22 BBY and 19 BBY,[2] during the Clone Wars, Ruhuk was in seventh place in the Jedi Temple on the planet Coruscant's leaderboard for its lightsaber dueling room. During that time, Jedi Master Kelleran Beq brought a Jedi Knight to the dueling room to train while Ruhuk was present.[1]

This section of the article assumes 100% game completion of Minecraft Star Wars: Path of the Jedi. Any alternate stories may be noted in the "Behind the scenes" section. The events in this section may or may not have been confirmed as canon.

The Jedi Knight defeated Ruhuk in a training duel, and Ruhuk fell to eighth place on the leaderboard.[1]

Behind the scenes

Larno Ruhuk appeared in Star Wars: Path of the Jedi, a 2023 non-canon DLC story adventure for the video game Minecraft developed by Mojang Studios and Spark Universe.[1] Via a private channel,[3] Lucasfilm employee and Holocron continuity database keeper Leland Chee[4] indicated that there were no plans for characters that originated in Path of the Jedi such as Ruhuk, Thelo Jarn, and Quilo Zanx to appear in other media, but that it was potentially possible if a Star Wars creator wanted to include them or if a story had a need for them.[3]

Holocron entries related to gameplay, a crafting station for example, I classify as "Non-Fiction" for lack of better terminology, which is no different than a workbench in say, Jedi Fallen Order. Might we see Torren placed on a galaxy map someday? Maybe, if someone puts it on Jason Fry's radar. Would it be canonically cube-shaped? Hopefully not. Would we see Larno Ruhuk, Thelo Jarn, and Quilo Zanx appear in other content someday? Who knows. Really depends on if there's a Star Wars creator who has an attachment to that material or if there's a compelling storytelling need for a named Anx Jedi." (message link) (screenshot)
