Kip Ostar was a bounty hunter and member of the Haxion Brood who fought Cal Kestis on the planet Koboh. Potentially doctored Imperial records held that Ostar had killed more people than the number killed in the Imperial campaign on Subterrel. Ostar was nevertheless known for their violent and vicious tendencies.[2]
