Las Lagon was a minor planet in the Inner Rim seceded from the Galactic Alliance during the Second Galactic Civil War.

History

"Two more members seceded last night. Las Lagon and Beris. Minor worlds, but let's do the arithmetic. The more planets that secede from the GA, the fewer military assets I have to call on, and the more assets there are that are potentially available to the Confederation."
Chief of State Cal Omas[4]

During the Second Galactic Civil War Las Lagon supported the Confederation

Las Lagon was a minor world[4] located on the Shipwrights' Trace in the Inner Rim.[3] During the new Separatist Crisis that engulfed the galaxy in 41 ABY, Las Lagon was represented in the Galactic Alliance Senate. However, with the outbreak of open war against the rebellious factions, world Las Lagon along with the planet Beris seceded from the GA and joined the growing Corellian Confederation. Both worlds had the same reasons for seceding; they were unwilling to commit troops to the conflict. Nevertheless, according to Supreme Commander Cha Niathal, these worlds had at most twenty thousand troops, and their militaries were badly trained and poorly equipped. Therefore, the Galactic Alliance could afford to refuse the assistance of their soldiers. On the other hand, the Chief of State Cal Omas believed that granting a waiver to the armed forces of both worlds could be seen by the Confederation as a sign of weakness in the principle of the Alliance’s pooled defensive capability. Instead, Omas arranged a meeting with the ambassadors from Las Lagon and Beris, together with the diplomatic corps, to prevent further spread of separatism.[4] Despite his efforts, both worlds remained committed to their original decision and stayed on the side of the Confederation until the end of the war.[3]
