Deep Space Station was a space station in the Dantooine system used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the time of the Galactic Civil War.[1] The station was the starting point of a secret hyperspace route leading to a location in deep space where the Rebels had built a forward base named Freedom Station.[4]
Behind the scenes
Deep Space Station appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[5] The Terror Kreetle was added to the game with the release of the expansion pack Jump to Lightspeed on October 27, 2004.[1]
