Daroe was a Jawa[2] who hailed from the planet Tatooine.[1] He[2] lived in[3] that planet's spaceport town of[4] Mos Eisley, and was one of many informants for the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. Having inside connections with the Empire,[3] Daroe frequently spoke with his Imperial contact, to whom he reported the Alliance to Restore the Republic's activities in the Outer Rim Territories. Daroe's equipment included an ion blaster. He had yellow eyes.[2]
Behind the scenes
Daroe was created for the 2001 Tatooine Limited expansion set of Decipher's Star Wars Customizable Card Game. His card showed a modified image[2] of a Jawa previously pictured on another card in the 1998 Jabba's Palace Limited expansion of the Star Wars Customizable Card Game.[5]
